The Consortium of EUCALIVA held the second General Assembly meeting.
On 16th and 17th of January, 2019, partners of EUCALIVA met in Chemnitz to have their meeting.
Representatives from Contactica S.L. (Project Coordinator), Biosensor (Italy), Grado Zero Innovation (Italy), Saxon Textile Research Institute e.V. (Germany), Envirohemp (Spain), and Tampere University of Technology (Finland) presented the work carried out during the first months of the project.
EUCALIVA partners met throughout the 2-days session to report the progress made during the previous months about the implementation of the project, their work plan for the following months and to coordinate next actions among partners during 2019. Partner STFI hosted the meeting at its facilities. During the meeting the project progress was assess, based on the work plan prepared before the beginning of the project.
After the meeting, STFI showed its facilities to the partners, presenting its different lines of investigation, beyond the scope of the project.
STFI works as a non-profit research institution in the Free State of Saxony and is continuing the long-standing traditions of the Saxon textile research and textile industry. Process-related and product-related research work covers classical textile technologies as well as innovative technical solutions for a wide range of applications.
